利用數值分析探討拔罐對皮膚可能造成的熱傷害

A Numerical Analysis to Investigate the Thermal Damage of Skin under Cupping Therapy

摘要


本論文以數值分析拔罐杯內的熱傳遞,我們將拔罐杯視為壁面絕熱的密閉空間,考量變數主要是為設定溫度(T_0),我們利用高階塗彩及灰階等溫線圖,說明拔罐杯內的熱傳遞狀況。經由數值結果得知,在拔罐杯內的熱量會迅速傳導進入人體,及至時間達到158秒左右,溫度已呈微幅線性下降的狀態。對於拔罐是否會造成熱傷害的疑慮,根據數值結果顯示,採用設定溫度為125℃與150℃等二例,皮膚達到44℃的熱傷害溫度必定會持續150~300秒,故在拔罐施治宜多加防範燙傷的發生。

A numerical analysis is used to investigate the heat transfer of the cup for cupping therapy. We focused on heat transfer in the cup, an enclosure with insulated wall. The phenomena of thermal convection in the cup and thermal conduction in the skin tissue are as varied as the heating temperature (T_0). The colorful temperature contours and isothermal lines are simultaneously presented to illustrate heat transfer within the cup. As the values show above, it can be concluded that the heat inside cup goes into human body. When it is around 158 seconds, the temperature presented as linear declining, which declination ratio is around 0.02℃/s. For the issue that whether cupping therapy makes damage, as the values show above, when temperatures are set as 125℃ and 150℃, the temperature on skin will reach 44℃ and the heat damage will last 150-300 seconds. Therefore, we should take precautions for the damage of cupping therapy.
