不同形狀駐焰器之後然器燃燒流場分析

Hot Flow Simulation of an Afterburner with Different Shape of Flameholders

摘要


本文針對各種不同形狀駐焰器之後燃器進行燃燒流場之數值模擬分析。文中採用k-ε二式紊流模式及SIMPLE-C數值法則,在燃燒模式方面,則增加單一步驟反應機構和反應速率無限快之假設。本文所探討的駐焰器包括:(1) V 型駐焰器(2) 實心V型駐焰器(3)U型駐焰器,三種不同形狀駐焰器對後燃器流場所產生的影響。其中駐焰器個數及形狀之改變,對流場之溫度、紊流動能、壓損量和燃燒效率等物理量的影響均加以分析比較。其結果顯示在相同位置下三種不同形狀駐焰器的燃燒效率以U型較佳。具兩個駐焰器除壓損量會較大外,其它有關紊性混合之物理趨勢均較具一個駐焰器為佳。此等結果使我們對後燃器流場的結構有較清晰的認識與了解,並可做為後燃器設計上之參考。

Diffusion flame of a afterburner in a varying air-fuel ratio was analyzed by employing the SIMPLE-C algorithm and turbulent K-ε model. From the calculated results, the better combustion efficiency of a afterburner in the air- fuel ratio with a slight lean was shown in the present analysis. The phenomenon in the present analysis can be provided to a fundamental study for the design of a afterburner. In this paper, we have also discussed and compared the velocity, fuel mass Fraction, temperature, combustion efficiency, pressure distribution of a afterburner reacting flow with two V-Gutter flameholders in a varying air-fuel ration.
