In this paper, we introduce the inventory to evaluate learning attitudes based on nine principles for deep knowledge, one of the three Habitual Domains Theory tool boxes. This questionnaire includes nine factors with 5 items per each, and 45 questions in total. Results indicated that this instrument proved to have the values of face, content and concurrent validity and internal consistency reliability. Further research is suggested to gather wealthy data to identify the theory by path analyses and to test construct validity, and then it can empathize practical implications of this instrument.
