以習慣領域學說輔導英文學習挫折之個案分析

On the Application of Habitual Domains to English Learning Frustration: A Case Study

摘要


習慣領域理論是一門用來描述心靈運作的學說,其主張大腦中有許多電網,在不知不覺中影響著人類的行為,藉由一些工具改變大腦中的電網,可以改善人類的行為。本研究以習慣領域學說輔導一位醫護專科學校學生學習英文挫折的案例,分析找出在學習英文時的電網、實際領域和可達領域,並根據這些分析,從習慣領域學說中找到適當的工具,輔導學生應用,改善其學習狀況。

Habitual domains is a theory used to describe the workings of the mind, asserting that there are many circuit patterns in the brain that unconsciously influence humans' behavior and using tools of habitual domains to alter the circuit patterns can improve humans' behavior. This paper, based on the theory of habitual domains, analyzes a case of English learning frustration of a student of a junior college of medicine, nursing and management, and finds out the student's circuit patterns, actual domains, reachable domain of English learning, and then finds appropriate tools from habitual domains tool boxes for the student to apply. Consequently, the student improved her English learning.
