本研究的主要目的,是以中原大學學生爲對象,探討受試學生對全人教育目標的認同與期待,同時探討其與校園參與經驗及學習成果的關聯性。爲此,本研究使用問卷調查法,採立意抽樣法(purposive sampling)選取1385個受試樣本,獲得有效問卷1190份,使用描述統計及積差相關進行檢定。結果如下: 1.大部分受試學生認同全人教育理念,且知覺到校園內已營造一個有利於學習的全人教育場域。 2.受試學生的全人教育目標知覺的期待程度,介於「普通」至「期待」之問,較接近「期待」。換言之,受試學生知覺的全人教育目標,已達普通至滿意的程度。 3.受試學生的全人教育目標知覺與校園參與經驗有顯著的正相關。 4.受試學生的全人教育目標知覺與學習成果具有顯著的正相關。 5.受試學生的校園參與經驗與學習成果具有顯著的正相關。 基於上述發現,本研究提出建議,作爲未來研究及實務的參考。
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between students' perceptions of the goal of holistic education, the campus experience and the learning cutcome. 1385 sample subjects were purposively selected in this study. The descriptive statistics and Pearson product-moment correlation were utilized in this study. The findings were as follows: 1. The university has created an valid field of holistic education which was helpful for students' learning. 2. Based on the sample subjects' perception, the expectation of the goal of holistic education reached at hogher average. 3. There is a significant positive correlation between students' perceptions of the goal of holistic education and the campus experience. 4. There is a significant positive correlation between students' perceptions on the goal of holistic education and the learning outcome. 5. There is a significant positive correlation between the campus experience and the learning outcome. Suggestions and recommendations were made for the future research and the holistic education promotion.
