The purpose of E-Government is to provide information and service for citizens by taking use of Information Communication Technology and the assessment of E-Government service quality has become the key research topic. The study analyses the importance of the user satisfaction and establishes the E-GovQual assessment model under customer satisfaction orientation after a review of the theories on service quality. The study proposes that the model includes four dimensions: usability, information quality, security and responsiveness and the study further build the attributes of each dimension.
