在文獻上,許多學者們已證明相關的人力資源投資確實可以提昇企業的獲利或改善他們的財務績效,然而過去研究有關連結人力資源投資與公司信用風險評等的文獻討論一直缺而未補。為彌補這個文獻缺口,本研究調查相關的人力資源投資如何影響台灣上市公司的信用風險評等。本研究結果證明企業僱用高學歷人才、提供員工教育訓練計劃、強化技術或產品的創新與提供員工補償或福利計劃等相關的人力資源投資,將有助於提昇公司的生產力,並為企業帶來好的信用風險評等。
In the literature, many scholars have shown that human resource-related investments can enhance profitability of businesses or improve their financial performance. However, the discussions of human resources-related investments on corporate credit risk rating seem missing in literature. To fill the gap, this study examines how human resource-related investments affect the credit risk rating of Taiwanese firms. The results show that human resource-related investments such as hiring talent with a high level of education, employee's education and training programs, innovative technology or product, and employee benefit plans and other compensation improve the enterprise's productivity and offer a enhance good credit risk rating.
