韓國大學華語教學的現狀及改善方向

Current Situation and Improvement Direction of Korea Universities Chinese Teaching

摘要


中國和韓國無論從地理上人文上,無論是從歷史上來看,都有著很深的因緣關系。由於政治原因,自20世紀50年代開始,中國大陸和韓國的關係開始疏遠。因此,在1992年以前,韓國的華語教學主要是圍繞著與臺灣的政治,經濟和文化往來而進行的。雖然規模有限,但這個階段韓國與臺灣的文化往來為後來的中國大陸與韓國的文化往來奠定了一定的基礎。隨著1992年韓國同中國大陸的建交,在政治,經濟,文化等各個領域的交流出現了迅速的發展和密切,中國大陸已成為韓國最大的經濟交流國。在韓國學習華語的人數與日劇增,如今有30多萬長期華語學習者和100多萬不固定的短期華語學習者,不僅很多企業將華語作為錄取新職員的考核指標的一項,而且很多的大中型企業將華語作為職員晉級,考核及派駐國外公司的重要指標。本文將從整個韓國華語教學的現狀中,以大學華語教育為中心,力求探討教學過程中存在的問題及摸索今後的改善方向。

The University Chinese language education as the center, analysis of the current situation five aspects from the entire Korean Universities Chinese teaching in the professional setting, curriculum, teacher status, professional graduates of Chinese, textbooks, find out the University Chinese teaching in the curriculum arrangement unreasonable, teacher's structure and level of the teaching process unreasonable, teaching and students' demand of the line, the teaching material use is unreasonable, teaching management on issues such as unreasonable, so to improve Chinese teaching in the future direction of both the theory and the reasonable collocation, practical through the optimization of teachers and improve the teaching effect, development and reasonable selection of textbooks, teaching management rationality in four aspects from curricula. In general, the Korean current Chinese teaching university level is not high, the students after graduation University Chinese professional, nearly 50% of the students are lack of the ability of reading and writing and speaking ability, this and the Republic of Korea University Chinese teaching system at present and long-term inherited practices have close relationship, no Chinese professional full-time professors determination and school government support, many effective methods are difficult to implement. Of course, many university has realized the seriousness of the problem, to various attempts to change this situation, the Korean national Ministry of education for the introduction of a variety of assessment of the university evaluation standard, forcing the teaching model of each university development in various forms, improve the characteristics of the professional, this will effectively improve and accelerate the South Korea University Chinese teaching development, so as to be able to more quickly develop understanding Chinese conditions, known as the diverse talent China culture and the dual talent, bring more power to the future development of bilateral relations between the two countries.
