Mandibular Central Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma: A case of Parotid Gland Metastasis after 5 Years

Primary intraosseous mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC), also known as central MEC, of the mandible is rare. Here we report a case of a central MEC of the mandible that metastasized to the parotid gland 5 years after initial surgery and present the clinical, radiographical, and histopathological manifestations of the lesions.
