壓克力壓力殼之非線性靜態反應之研究

A Study of Nonlinear Static Responses of Acrylic Plastic Pressure Hull

摘要


水下載具的建造材料的要求為不腐蝕且結構重量輕。透明的壓克力壓力殼結構曾經被應用於水族館的圍牆與水下走道,岸基海底通道,海下實驗室及觀測所,及少數的小型水下載具。未來將朝向中大型水下載具及海底棲息所發展。本計畫利用有限單元分析法建立壓克力潛具壓力殼之非線性靜態研究的分析程序,並以ASME PVHO-1安全標準的經驗方法及Stachiwm建立的解析解分析程序做為驗證,最後以DOE公司的Deep Rover號潛具的壓克力壓力殼為分析構型,進行承受靜水壓力負荷作用的非線性靜態分析,以暸解壓力殼的結構脆弱區域、額定操作潛深及最大潛深,及克力壓力殼設計安全因子,以作為未來壓克力壓力殼設計與分析之參。

The construction materials of underwater vehicles shall meet the essential requirements that do not corrode in the marine environment, and do not contribute significantly to the weight of the structures. The transparent acrylic pressure hull has been use for the transparent walls and tunnels in aquaria, shore-based underwater walkways, underwater hotels and observatories, and few of small underwater vehicles. In the future, the development trends of acrylic pressure hull will move towards medium or large underwater vehicles and underwater habitats. Based on finite element method, the project will establish the analytical procedure for studying the nonlinear static response of acrylic pressure hull. In addition to, the Stachiw's results and ASME PVHO-1 standard are adopted for verification by the procedure. Finally, the proposed procedure is used to obtain the numerical results for the nonlinear static response of nonlinear static responses of acrylic plastic pressure hull, while the DOE's Deep Rover submersible is utilized as investigation model. The project also presented the weak area of the shell, the rated operation depth and maximum depth, the safety factor of acrylic plastic pressure hull. The anticipated achievement may help the designer or engineer for underwater vehicle in the feature
