美學教育與生命教育是相互影響且彼此有交互作用關係,其在教育上的重要性已是不爭的事實。透過美育的感知,領略生命的價值是最直接的捷徑。多元的價值觀與無遠弗屆的媒體傳播,夾雜混淆在現代社會中,造成社會不寧、人心不安,極需要推廣美學教育,以美化人生,淨化社會。但,教師如何在學科知識中融入生命教育及美學教導,讓學生領悟並學習到其中精髓是目前的重要的教育課題。據此,本文特探究美學課程融入生命教育,期望能為通識教育中之生命教育及美學教學做拋磚引玉的工作,提供未來教學及研究相關資料之參考。本文內容包括:(一)美學教育的重要性;(二)生命教育與美學教育的關連性;(三)美學課程融入生命教育,以大葉大學為例。
The aesthetic and life education have increased their importance in the past decades. Understanding value of life through perceiving aesthetic education is the most direct approach. Diversified values mingle with far-reaching media dissemination cause restless and unsettled feelings for the people in the contemporary society. Aesthetic education is urgently needed for upgrading life and purifying society. The most important educational task for now, however, is how teachers integrate aesthetic teaching into discipline knowledge, to enable students realizing and learning its essence. The purpose of this research is to study the using elements of life education in the aesthetic curriculum. The content of this study includes: (1) the importance of aesthetic education; (2) the definition, historical development, and connection of aesthetic and life education; (3) the approach of teaching curriculum and methods; (4) the conclusion. This study hopefully can cast a brick to attract jade on implementing to go on, and offer the reference of the relevant materials of teaching in the future.
