隨著十二年國教即將實施,社會大眾將更加矚目教育的未來發展。教學品質與成效是未來教育成功的關鍵,而教師專業發展亦將成為提升教育品質的重要環節。在目前多元紛雜的教育環境中,教師的角色功能常被混淆,教師的專業性一再的遭到挑戰,教師似乎也很難提供明確具體的教學足跡,為自己的專業地位辯護。「教學檔案」在這多元的時代,為教師開啟一道專業成長的道路,值得教師力行實踐,進而提升教師專業素養。本文圍繞教學檔案的相關基本概念作為研究起點,包含其意義、特性、目的、內容、類別、規準、程序、功能及優缺點等。緊接著,對教學檔案之評鑑提出探討,說明教學檔案評鑑的發展、規準、程序,並分析教學檔案評鑑的優缺點。最後,探討教學檔案在教師專業發展上的應用,說明教學檔案與教師教學省思、專業成長、專業評鑑、教學效能及專業倫理之關係。
