教學檔案及其在教師專業發展上之應用

隨著十二年國教即將實施，社會大眾將更加矚目教育的未來發展。教學品質與成效是未來教育成功的關鍵，而教師專業發展亦將成為提升教育品質的重要環節。在目前多元紛雜的教育環境中，教師的角色功能常被混淆，教師的專業性一再的遭到挑戰，教師似乎也很難提供明確具體的教學足跡，為自己的專業地位辯護。「教學檔案」在這多元的時代，為教師開啟一道專業成長的道路，值得教師力行實踐，進而提升教師專業素養。本文圍繞教學檔案的相關基本概念作為研究起點，包含其意義、特性、目的、內容、類別、規準、程序、功能及優缺點等。緊接著，對教學檔案之評鑑提出探討，說明教學檔案評鑑的發展、規準、程序，並分析教學檔案評鑑的優缺點。最後，探討教學檔案在教師專業發展上的應用，說明教學檔案與教師教學省思、專業成長、專業評鑑、教學效能及專業倫理之關係。

Then, I'll talk about the evaluation of the portfolio, its development, standard and procedure and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this evaluation. Finally, I'll probe into the application of teaching portfolio on education and explain the relationship among teaching portfolio, teachers' self-examination, professional growth, professional evaluation and teaching efficiency.
