地理資訊系統應用於花蓮地區配送路徑規劃之探討

摘要

台灣東部地區人口外移、地形又呈帶狀分佈，對於物流公司而言，其運輸與配送是難以克服的問題。然近年來地理資訊系統之應用已由公共部門普及至私人機構，特別是在運輸業界亦開始受到重視。本研究以地理資訊系統應用於花蓮地區配送路徑之規劃，並以國內某物流中心進行實例分析，採用運輸地理資訊系統軟體TransCAD進行運輸路線規劃與選取的工作，藉由該軟體進行模式求解與結果展示，可有助於該物流中心進行配送排程作業。

Logistics companies would have inevitable difficulties in transportation and distribution for the population outflow and the topography of a long strip of land in the eastern Taiwan. In Hualien, Many distribution centers have been established one after another. Do they bring efficiency into full play to make a new impact or add values to the field of logistics? The application of geographic information system has spread over from the public sector to the private sector, especially in the field of transportation geographic information system. This research explores the application of geographic information system to a vehicles routing planning in Hualien. By utilizing the TransCAD software in selecting vehicles routing planning of the distribution center in Hualien, this research finds the transportation geographic information system a useful tool for the distribution center.
