摘要

本研究的目的是去了解社會資本與創新之間關係的現有知識。透過搜集及整理有關社會資本與創新關係的實證研究來進行深入的文獻探討。針對相關實證文獻，本研究依據Nahapiet及Ghoshal(1998)的文章架構，以社會資本的三構面：結構構面、關係構面以及認知構面與創新的關係，來分析及進行比較，並歸納出學者間相同或者不同的研究發現，最後提供未來的研究建議。

The Purpose of this study is to integrate current knowledge of the relationship between social capital and innovation. An extensive literature review was conducted on empirical studies of the relationship between social capital and innovation. Consensus, discordances, and gaps in the social capital-innovation connection are identified and directions for future research are generated.
