巨型硬質石材切鋸機械之鋸框結構分析

摘要


切鋸硬質石材如花崗石的主要機械設備為多片式花崗石鋼砂拉鋸機。巨型低碳合金鋼材質的鋸框為其關鍵零組件之一。鋸框結構直接影響石板切鋸平整度與加工成本。質輕、高強度及少變形為該結構之製造設計重點,以承受高數量、高張力之鋸片及強力切鋸負荷。本文除對花崗石建材產業中切鋸石板所採用的方法與機具作扼要介紹外,採用有限元素分析法對花崗石拉鋸機之鋸框結構加以分析,建立FEA模型與邊界條件。完整的計算數據與圖表,顯示該設備鋸框的鋸片負荷與應力應變間的線性關係,並據以對適用於鋸框結構的材料性質提出建議。本文亦利用挫曲負荷係數,檢驗挫曲負荷及安全性。鋸框結構的自然頻率及其相對應的模態振型分析,顯示本鋸框結構是一個動態穩定的結構設計。

Multi-blade swing gang saw is the major machine equipment for the hard material cutting, e.g. granite slab cutting, in stone industry. The cutting qualities and production costs of granite slabs are mainly affected by the characteristics of the saw frame, which is one of the key structure components of the machine. High rigidity and minimum weight were the design goals. Detailed descriptions of stone cutting tools are introduced. The linearity relationships between the blade tension and stress-strain were shown by colorful graphs and tables in accordance with FEA applications. The buckling load factors of the saw frame structure were well examined, and the structure was proved to be safe within a regular working load range. Moreover, the natural frequencies and the corresponding mode shapes were calculated and discussed for the structure component.
