本研究旨在對大二「一般商業專業英文」教學內涵作優先排序及決定其最適當之教學內涵比例。教學內涵指標參考自美國國家商業教育協會(National Business Education Association)所發展的11項商業教育課程標準。本研究調查對象為任教於中臺灣5所大學之6位有商業教育及業界經驗之英文教師,資料處理則利用層級分析法計算所有教學內涵指標之權數並作優先排序。研究結果顯示大二「一般商業專業英文」11項次教學內涵指標之最後權數依序為溝通、行銷、管理、國際企業、資訊系統、經濟與個人理財、創業教育、職涯發展、會計、計算及商業法。研究發現有助於大二商業專業英文之教學與教材之發展。
This study aims to determine the importance and optimum percentage of each component of English for General Business Purposes (EGBP) for sophomore English courses in universities. EGBP comprises 11 business education components developed by the National Business Education Association. In this work, these components are evaluated by six English teachers who are employed in five universities in Central Taiwan and possess business education and practical backgrounds. The analytic hierarchy process is performed to compute the weights and rankings of each component. The EGBP components are ranked from highest to lowest as follows: communications, marketing, management, international business, information systems, economics and personal finance, entrepreneurship education, career development, accounting, computation, and business law. These findings can facilitate the teaching of courses and the creation of EGBP teaching materials for sophomore university students.
