身心障礙者一直是社會的弱勢族群,亦是「數位落差」問題相當嚴重的群體之一。近年來,教育部致力於推動大專院校投入「服務學習」,希望藉由大專志工的力量,來協助偏鄉與弱勢進行縮減數位落差的問題。因此,本研究透過中原大學資管系學生團隊協助喜憨基金會進行中秋節月餅銷售之個案,深入探討如何藉由「服務學習」課程,以數位科技協助弱勢族群與非營利組織拓展銷售通路、進行義賣活動。希望透過本研究之探討與建議,有助於深入瞭解如何透過服務學習的方式,以資訊專業來協助身心障礙者創造數位機會,以供後續研究與帶領大專青年進行服務學習、縮減數位落差時之參考依據。
The people with disabilities always are the disadvantaged minority in the society, also have serious problem of ”digital divide”. In recent years, the Ministry of Education promotes universities and colleges to run the ”service-learning” program to encourage students to reduce the problem of ”digital divide” for the remote place and the disadvantaged minority. This research tries to study how to assist the disadvantaged minority and non-profit organization to promote and sale their products by information technology in a service-learning course with a case of e-marketing project to promote the moon-cake of the mid-autumn festival for Children Are Us Foundation by the information management department students of Chung Yuan Christian University. The findings of this research will provide a reference base for those who study the issue of digital divide and those who execute the service-learning program and digital divide project for the disabled.
