太武山在金門解除戰地政務後的空間利用

The Space Utilization of Taiwushan after the Lifting of War Zone Administration in Kinmen

摘要

太武山位於金門，平日可見大批人潮湧入，擠滿入口處和步道，場面壯觀，這種景象在昔日實屬罕見。太武山有何吸引人之處，能形成如此空前盛況？透過文獻調查，參考相關書籍、觀光導覽手冊、網路資源等，並輔以實地訪視，發現金門地區解除戒嚴並開放觀光後，軍方於太武山開放部分空間供公眾使用，經過政府鼎力開發以及人民熱情參與，由原本單一軍事用途，改造成觀光風景區，呈現戰役遺跡、佛教聖地、人文史蹟之文化地景、自然景觀、展演空間等多元面貌，散發軍事、宗教、文化、生態、休閒等引人特質，提供觀賞、朝聖和育樂的去處，驅使眾多民眾上山參訪。隨著政治、社會變遷，太武山空間利用的轉型，是當地軍民與大自然互動下，營造出和諧共處關係和親善遊憩場域。使太武山象徵的金門精神獲得保持和延續，也為當地居民提供一個優質樂活的生活空間，更讓外地遊客體驗金門的特殊采丰。本文將試圖探討太武山解除軍管後空間利用形態，蘊涵的特質、功能，以及對居民生活的影響。

Taiwushan is located in Kinmen. We can always see the entrance and hiking trail are crowded with people which was rare in the days before. What makes Taiwushan draw people's attention? With references from books, sightseeing manual, network resources and field visits, we find that Taiwushan was partially open for the public after the lifting of martial administration and opening up to tourism in Kinmen. Space utilization of Taiwushan for single military purpose transfers into tourist scenic area due to political and social factors. Battle of heritage, religious shrines, cultural landscape and natural ecology attract people visit this friendly recreation field. The result is to maintain the symbolic Kinmen spirits of Taiwushan. It also provides residents a livable space and visitors a special experience. The purpose of this essay is to explore the diversity space utilization of Taiwushan and its features, functions, influences to residents after the lifting of martial law.
