護理人員對異常事件通報認知、態度、行為之探討

The Study of Nurses Cognition, Attitude and Behavior Related to Medical Incident Report

摘要


本研究主要目的在瞭解護理人員對異常事件通報的認知、態度與行為。以立意取樣方式,透過問卷調查,並以某地區醫院為問卷施測地點。施測對象為臨床工作之各科護理人員,共發放120份問卷,回收102份,回收率達85%。研究結果顯示:不同年齡、服務科別及職稱的護理人員對異常事件通報的文化、態度與行為存在顯著差異。但是,工作年資、教育程度等變項對異常事件通報文化、認知、態度與行為則無顯著差異存在。最後,研究結果也指出護理人員異常事件通報文化越強,則通報行為愈多,通報態度與通報認知顯得更強。依據研究結果,本研究提出以下建議如:1.本研究結果無法推論至全國護理人員,故建議以不同層級醫院的護理人員作為後續探討;2.未來研究主題可以異常事件通報文化變項為主,探究影響異常事件通報文化形成的主因,作為通報文化改善的依據;3.未來可透過決策實驗室分析法(The Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory, DEMATEL)以探究異常事件通報過程中的關鍵因素,作為病人安全文化營造的依據。

The main purpose of the current research is to explore the cognition, attitude, and behavior of nurses for incident event. There are 120 nurses received the survey and 102 completed a self-report survey (85%). Results indicated that different backgrounds, there is difference of showing between the nurses' culture, attitude and behavior notified to incident event of different ages, service department and professional title. However, working age and education degree that notify to incident event there is no difference of showing to exist in culture, cognition, attitude and behavior. Finally, the result of study points out that the higher notifies of the nurses' culture in incident event had the stronger behavior. Meanwhile, the stronger in attitude and cognition that nurses more notified to the incident event. Based on the research results, the main suggestion as the followings: the further research to choice the nursing staffs at different level hospital continuing study as the result is not suitable for all. Secondly, based on the path analysis result suggest to explore the main factors of incident event culture form. Finally, the further study may try DEMATEL method or others to find out the processing key factors of incident event.
