影響消費者選擇低碳飲食因素之探討

Factors Influencing the Choice of Low-Carbon Diet

摘要


隨著全球暖化與氣候異常的出現,人類的飲食、衣著、居家和交通都已趨向低碳化。低碳飲食與綠色環保已成為全球性的關注與討論議題之一,也是人類與地球永續發展的重要課題,而「減碳」是人類面對當前這環保問題所採取的補救措施之一。為了減緩全球暖化的趨勢,人類必須設法用各種辦法來降低二氧化碳的排放量;換言之,減緩人類破壞環境的作為,將可以減緩全球暖化的現象。本研究基於「環保」及「健康」的觀點,以「低碳飲食認、知」、「環保意識」、「樂活健康認知」為自變項,「低碳飲食之行為意圖」為依變項,去探討國人選擇低碳飲食行為意圖及相關因素,以利環保生活之落實及行銷、推廣決策之參考。

With the emergence of global warming and climate anomalies, people have already changed their behaviors in food, clothing, housing and transportation to the direction of low-carbon energy usage. Reducing carbon is one of the important solutions to face the current environment issue. In other words, in order to mitigate global warming problem, human should to apply a variety ways to reduce dioxide emissions.This study is based on the perspective of ”green” and ”health”, it conducted an empirical analysis to explore the factors influencing the choice of low-carbon diet. In this study, low-carbon diet cognition, environmental awareness, and LOHAS are regarded as the independent variables, and the behavioral intention of low-carbon diet is regarded as the dependent variable.
