從航測製圖成果建立GIS資料經驗談

Obtaining GIS data form Photogrammetry

摘要


目前大比例尺數值地形圖的產生,最常見的作法是先由航空像片進行數值式立體測圖,再經個人電腦上之繪圖軟體進行編修作業,依應用需求在不同的輸出媒體上顯現完成結果。以國土資訊系統的蓬勃發展,如何不重新數化,而直接將此數值圖導入地理資料庫內,變成很重要的課題。本文將以電腦輔助繪圖軟體AutoCAD至地理資訊系統(GIS)軟體ARC/INFO的路徑爲例,透過規劃步驟,而以轉換前與轉換後資料的比對,說明此研究可達成之圖形資料及屬性資料的轉換工作。

At present, most digital topographic maps of large scale are generated form aerial photographs. Digital maps are plotted on stereo analytical plotters and edited on personal computers .Outputs then can be obtained through various output devices according to requirements of applications. Along with the thriving evolution of Land Infromation System (LIS), how to acquire digital data efficiently becomes an important issue. Much effort can be saved if the original digital data maps can be converted directly to LIS. This article discusses the problem of data conversion from the original digital maps stroed in CAD (Computer Aided Design) files to a database of GIS (Geographic Information System). With the emphasis on Planning processes, a study area is presented to demonstrate the accomplishment of converting AutoCAD drawings to the database system of ARC/INFO without losing original spatial and attribute information.
