日本地籍圖重測業務之探討

摘要

日本之舊地籍係在明治時期測製，至今已一百多年。因圖紙破爛、伸縮、精度欠佳，為配合國家經濟發展，至今已辦理地籍圖重測四十多年。由於辦理重測遭遇困難，嚴重影響重測進度，為加速辦理重測，採取各項因應措施。本省辦理地籍圖重測已二十多年，重測之制度，辦理方法及遭遇問題，與日本有相同之處，亦有差異之處，本文予以分析探討其優劣。

In Japan, the previous cadastral-map were performed in Meiji dynasty over hundred years ago. The accuracy of those maps may be decreased due to shrinking, destruction or contraction of map paper. Cadastral-map resurvey had been engaged for more than forty years. A variety of problems had been experienced in their courses.In Taiwan, for coordination with the economic development of country, cadastral-map resurvey had been working for more than twenty years. In this study, the similarities and differences of practical problems what we experienced and Japanese will be analyzed.
