摘要

台灣地區因地少人稠，土地的價值隨著經濟的發展不斷的高漲，因此，民眾對土地的權益的維護更加重視，近二十年來，隨著電子與資訊科技的快速發展，地籍測量業務亦由圖解測量方式演進至數值測量，地籍圖亦由類比式的紙圖轉變成數值式資訊，地籍資料的管理、供給與應用亦由傳統方式單圖資料轉換成多圖套疊、網路傳送與多目標使用的方向邁進，內政部地政司、土地測量局等在這方面扮演著重要推手，負擔著重大的時代使命。
在此內政部土地測量局成立60年的今日，本文說明過去與現階段台灣地區地籍測量資訊系統的推動成果，以及對地籍測量資訊系統的後續的發展提出規劃建議。

Taiwan area owns limited land with over crowded people. The value of land has been constantly increased accompanied with economics growth, therefore, people are even care about the maintenance of land right. For these two decades, with the fast growth in electronics and information technology, cadastral survey has changed from original paper way to digitalized survey, and cadastral maps also changed from analog to digital information; due to this major change, cadastral data management, supply and application has increased its usage. From traditional single map data extends to several different kinds of maps could overlapped, use internet to deliver, shared information. During this crucial moment, Department of Land Administration and Land Survey Bureau are the key players to improve both policies as well as implement the policies.
In the 60(superscript th) anniversary of Land Survey Bureau, this article has brought the past and current cadastral survey information system implement result and provide personally ideas to the future cadastral survey information system maintenance and development.3.
