摘要

背景　膀胱過動症常困擾婦女身體、心理與社交活動，因為無致命性而易被忽略。
目的　探討罹患膀胱過動症婦女因症狀困擾和尋求醫療過程而影響之生活經驗。
方法　採質性研究，以深度訪談法進行資料收集。於中部某醫學中心婦產科門診，由專科醫師確認診斷為膀胱過動症之個案，年齡在20-40歲的女性，以立意取樣進行收案，藉由研究者與個案一對一的深入訪談，將訪談資料謄寫為逐字稿後，再依據Colaizzi(1978)的資料分析步驟，加以歸類整理。直到資料分析達飽和共收案9人。
結果　罹患膀胱過動症婦女三個主要生活經驗主題包括陷入窘境心糾纏、生活變調相牽制與和平共存有希望。
結論　提供照顧膀胱過動症婦女的醫護人員，能以個案的觀點，來瞭解膀胱過動症對個案身心及社交之影響，並針對其共通生活經驗與需求，給予個別化及人性化的排尿照顧模式，達到整體性的照護目標。

Background: While overactive bladder is a common urinary tract disorder, it is not fatal, which means it is frequently neglected in medical management. Although the disorder impacts women physically, psychologically and socially, sufferers seldom seek medical treatment.
Purpose: This study investigated the lived experience of women suffering from overactive bladders in terms of their symptoms and their seeking of medical management.
Methods: This study employed a qualitative research design, and data were collected using purposive sampling. Subjects included nine females aged 20~40 years who were diagnosed with overactive bladder at a gynecology and obstetrics department of a medical center in central Taiwan. Subjects were interviewed individually, with full interviews tape-recorded and transcribed. Analysis was done using Colaizzi's methodology (1978).
Results: Subjects' lived experiences could be categorized into three themes, including: (1) struggling with their condition, (2) feeling confined by limited lifestyles, and (3) living peacefully with their condition.
Conclusion: This study provides important information to medical professionals involved in urinary disorder care related to the actual lived experiences of women with overactive bladder conditions. Findings recommend emphasis on patient physical, psychological and social needs coupled with the development of micturition caring plans tailored to individual patient condition to achieve overall caring goals.
