導入RFID技術於外籍勞工宿舍管理系統

Establishing the Management System of Foreign Labor Dormitory in RFID Technology

摘要


本校『訊息整合研發團隊』與『家興人力資源顧問有限公司』於民國96年進行產學合作,協助該公司進行新一代的「外勞仲介管理系統」規劃與開發。並於後續又完成「帳務管理系統」。目前該公司在外籍勞工宿舍管理上需要處理包括床位寢室安排、門禁、排休班、用餐、購物、上網、娛樂室借用等,因牽涉到多客戶(廠商)、多班別與分散的多點宿舍管理。因複雜度較高,該公司目前需投入相當的人力負責管理。因此,該公司希望借重本團隊在『無線射頻辨識技術』(RFID)領域的實作經驗,協助該公司導入於宿舍的管理,以期提高外勞宿舍的管理效率,以及資訊即時性與正確性;同時藉由『一卡到底』的概念,提供勞工於宿舍區,任何的活動,只需要帶著一張RFID識別證就可以解決所有問題,享受『無線射頻辨識技術』所帶來的好處。本團隊期望藉由此一專案研究機會,不僅可以協助該公司整合現有「外勞仲介管理系統」及「帳務管理系統」,以達成全方位的電腦化管理功能;同時希望讓學生能實際參與整個軟體開發工作的進行,除可增加學生的實務經驗、提高就業競爭力外,並希望藉由這樣的合作擴展學生的就業機會。

Two projects, ”the new generation of foreign labor management system” and ”finance management system”, are finished successively under the cooperation relationship between the message integration research team of Nanya Institute of technology and Golden Brother Company since 2007. In the Golden Brother Company, the management of foreign labor dormitory includes the arrangement of bedroom, access control, on or off duty, lunching, shopping, Internet access and booking of entertainment room under the cases of multiple labor employers, different work schedules and distributed dormitories. Because the management of dormitory is complex, it needs a lot of human resource. It is a good idea to apply the RFID technology on the management of foreign labor dormitory in order to improve the management efficiency, data accuracy and manpower saving. One of the purposes of this project is to integrate ”the management system of foreign labor dormitory” into ”the foreign labor management system” and ”the finance management system” in order to provide a total management solution, another one is to enhance the application development experience for the students that join this project.
