近年來資訊科技的發展,帶動各種產業新科技資訊化的成長,也促進了醫療產業邁向資訊化。無線感測網路技術的成熟受到各產業的重視,更將RFID與藍芽技術逐步運用在醫療產業上,期望能夠提高醫療的效益並提供醫療人員在醫療照護上分析判斷的依據。 過去在收集生理訊號、人力抄寫和人力觀察判斷的醫療過程中,常耗費許多人力、加重護理人員的負擔且易造成手寫上的錯誤,更無法即時根據患者生命徵兆數值進行醫療照護調整,而降低預期之治療效果,其嚴重程度可直接影響患者治療時間加長與造成診斷錯誤而延誤治療之狀況產生。 本研究即是以藍芽血壓器與RFID技術應用於音樂治療爲例,將運用此無線感測網路於生理訊號收集,藉以改善醫療照護品質,使醫護人員能有較多時間去做其它照護,不但避免人工手寫錯誤的產生、即時收集完整的生理訊號,也將能提供醫療上的協助。
Recent developments in information technology have rapidly increased growth in the information technology sector. Specifically, new applications of RFID and Bluetooth technology to information management have attracted the interest of the medical industry. RFID and Bluetooth technologies are now being used to improve medical treatments. Such technologies are also being used to improve patient care. Previous attempts to collect and record biological data and then investigating and selecting medical treatments required substantial human effort. The heavy workload on nurses increased the possibility of errors. Moreover, difficulty monitoring patient life signs and adjusting medical care often caused poor treatment results. In serious cases, these difficulties may directly affect patient treatment time by lengthening it, causing a misdiagnosis, or creating further problems. In music therapy for instance, this project employed a Bluetooth- sphygmomanometer and RFID technology to collect biological data that could be used to improve patient care quality. Doing so would give care workers more time for other healthcare needs. Not only does the technology reduce written errors and enable immediate collection of biological data, it also enhances medical treatment. The technology can also improve medical treatment process and quality.
