勞動過程之研究：新聞記者的勞動控制和展現主體
On Labor Process: Labor Control over Journalists and the Expression of Subjectivity

The aim of this article has two aspects: the first is to explore how the labor process of journalists is controlled for meeting their employers' needs; the second is to address how journalists' respond when facing the control of employers. This article addresses the labor process and working experiences of journalists and the expression of their labor subjectivity. The article concludes that labor control over journalist is not completely dominative, because the workers can partially show their subjectivity.
