精神分裂症患者由於其疾病的特性,常見有注意力缺損的現象,導致患者的預後不佳,進而需要更長時間的醫療介入與治療。本研究主要目的在藉由多媒體團體治療活動的實行,提升精神分裂症患者的注意力。研究對象為22位在綜合醫院精神科接受治療的精神分裂症患者。實驗方法採實驗性研究設計,以隨機分配將受測者分成實驗組及對照組,實驗組接受多媒體團體活動治療及一般職能治療,對照組僅接受一般職能治療。注意力評量工具為褚氏注意力測驗量表,用以量化評估受測者接受團體治療後注意力的改變情形。研究結果以成對t檢定考驗實驗組與對照組前後測的褚氏注意力測驗分數。統計分析結果在實驗組的注意力前後測分數達顯著差異,而對照組則無,顯示多媒體團體治療能明顯提升精神分裂症患者的注意力。本研究可作為未來精神分裂症患者進行相關團體治療的研究參考。
The impairments of attention were usually reported in patients with Schizophrenia. Patients with such impairments may take longer time under medical care and difficult to recover their normal daily living. The intervention of group therapy designed with multimedia instructions may restore their abilities of attention. The purpose of this study was to use group therapy to improve the ability of attention in patients with schizophrenia. There were 22 subjects diagnosed Schizophrenia selected in this study. All of them were in hospital and accepted to join in the course of group therapy. In the experimental design, patients were assigned randomly into experimental or control groups. The Chu's attention tests were use in both before and after the intervention of group therapy with multimedia instruments to reflect the abilities of attention quantitatively. The results showed there were significant differences in scores of Chu's attention tests between before and after the intervention of group therapy in experimental group and there was no such trend in control group. The results leaded the conclusion that the group therapy with multimedia intervention may improve the ability of attention in patients with schizophrenia.
