This research aims to establish indicators to evaluate professional performances of teachers of gifted students with mathematics and science education in elementary schools and investigates what professional competence teachers of gifted students in different subjects at various levels must have so as to provide suggestions for evaluation and consultation for development of future teacher training course. To achieve this end, the researcher developed "Performance Level of Teachers of Gifted Students with Mathematics and Science in Elementary Schools", a Delphi questionnaire based on literature review and invited 13 gifted and scientific education experts to undertake 3 rounds of Delphi surveys. After statistical analysis and compilation of ideas, consensus was reached among experts and 8 dimensions or 96 performance indicators were proposed which could serve as guideline of curriculum planning and evaluation for teacher training programs.
