本研究旨在瞭解臺中市大專校院教師融合教育之態度,以及對身心障礙學生在校園適應、教學及評量等各方面之看法,並探討不同背景變項的教師對融合教育態度之差異情形。研究方法採用問卷調查法及訪談法,有141位教師接受問卷調查,訪談4位教師,所得資料進行統計和歸納分析。問卷調查結果指出臺中市大專校院教師融合教育態度在認知、情感、行為傾向及整體態度均呈現正向態度,訪談內容亦支持問卷調查結果。背景變項部分,不同年齡、年資、特教專業背景及學校類型的大專校院教師融合教育態度在情感、行為傾向及整體態度達顯著差異;不同性別、職級及任教領域的大專校院教師對融合教育之態度均無顯著差異。
This study focused on the teachers' attitudes towards inclusive education at universities and colleges in Taichung City. To explore the difference of different personal backgrounds on the teachers' attitudes towards inclusive education. And to analyze the views of the teachers on the students with disabilities adapt in college. In this study, a questionnaires and interviews was used to conduct a survey on the college teachers. There are 141 teachers received questionnaire survey and interviewed 4 teachers. The results indicated that universities and colleges teachers' attitudes towards inclusive education at universities and colleges in Taichung City were positive. About the differences among universities and colleges teachers from different background, with different age, seniority, the background of special education, type of school have significant differences in their attitudes towards inclusive education. And no significant differences in their attitudes towards inclusive education of gender, job grade and teaching subjects.
