論梁實秋《雅舍談吃》中的北平圖象

摘要


梁實秋在《雅舍談吃》當中藉由飲食,回憶在北平生活的過往。透過一連串對北平人事物的書寫,展現心中那份懷鄉的情懷。無論是北平老字號、街道胡同,梁實秋更是憑藉著經過記憶處理的符號,運用在其書寫當中。並不僅止於紀錄故鄉,也展現北平歷史的悠久以及文人學識之淵博。除此之外,其更用北平結合季節的特殊飲食文化,呈現北平在地特殊的風土民情。而梁實秋所著重的,當然不只是對故鄉的眷戀,其藉由飲食,所強調的,還是那份與親人相處的重要時光,以及北平居民的人情味。正是那份北平人所共有的記憶,讓梁實秋無比的感嘆和緬懷,本文則試圖透過上述所言,試圖描繪出《雅舍談吃》的脈絡特色。

In the ”recollections of a gourmet”, Shih-chiu, Liang memoried of his past life with diet in Beijing. Through a series of writing of people and objects in Beijing, he showed the feelings of Nostalgia. Both of old shops and streets in Beijing, Shih-chiu, Liang used the symbol using in his writing. And not only recording of his hometown, but also showing the long history and profound of knowledge in Beijing. In addition, he combined with seasonal special food culture, presented to the special local conditions and customs in Beijing. However, Shih-chiu, Liang is focused on the love of homeland. And to emphasize is the share of time to get along with relatives, and he enjoy the friendliness of the people of Beijing .Beijing residents share common memory, so Liang tremendous sigh and remember. This paper, through the above said, trying to describe characteristics of the ”recollections of a gourmet”.
