崔溥《漂海錄》中的江南體驗

The Experience of Jiangnan in Choi Bu's Pyohaerok

摘要

研究《漂海錄》的學者往往都會強調崔溥江南經歷的獨特性，與一般的朝鮮使節相比，崔溥擁有更豐富的見聞，但學者們在實際研究的過程中對崔溥所謂的江南概念幾乎都缺乏一個基本的界定。根據崔溥的行程，《漂海錄》所描繪的江南應該限定在台州府、寧波府、紹興府、杭州府、嘉興府、蘇州府、常州府、鎮江府。除了才子佳人、魚米之鄉、繁華富足等集體式印象，崔溥的日常見聞構成真實可感的江南。崔溥一行在江南的種種經歷反映出世間百態、人情冷暖，江南各階層之眾生相在崔溥的筆下栩栩如生、有血有肉。絕大部分的燕行錄只能夠見到胡漢差異、關內外差異，而由南向北貫穿中國的獨特體驗，也讓崔溥領略到中國的南北差異。崔溥從自身的見聞出發以長江分界線劃分南北，多角度對中國南北的差異展開論述比較，但崔溥將部分隨機事件也歸因於南北差異則未免落於窠臼。

Most of Joseon ambassadors had no chance to South China, but Choi Bu went throughout China from south to north. Although many studies focused on Choi Bu's special experience in Jiangnan, none of the studies absolutely defined the scope of Jiangnan. According to Choi Bu's trip, Jiangnan showed in Pyohaerok should be limited in Taizhou Prefecture, Ningbo Prefecture, Shaoxing Prefecture, Hangzhou Prefecture, Jiaxing Prefecture, Suzhou Prefecture, Changzhou Prefecture and Zhenjiang Prefecture. Choi Bu observed human nature and all kinds of phenomena in Jiangnan, thus the characters in Pyohaerok are full of vivid details. The differences between the south and the north are highlighted in Choi Bu's Pyohaerok. However, Choi Bu ascribed some random events to the differences between the south and the north, which is more like a labelling description.
