以極近距離射擊產生之步槍防火帽槍傷型態之研究

A Study on Gunshot Pattern Produced by Rifle Equipped with Flash Suppressor in a Near Contact Distance

摘要

以具有防火帽之步槍在極近距離對人體射擊時，除了產生射入口處之子彈貫穿槍傷創口外，由防火帽裂口排出的火焰與高溫氣體，將在皮膚產生瓣狀火焰燒灼痕，此為槍彈鑑識與槍傷鑑定中之特異槍傷型態。惟在某一槍擊案例中，曾有槍彈鑑定人不明防火帽裂口噴出之火焰與高溫氣體將對人體皮膚造成嚴重之灼傷，而以為該裂口僅噴出燃燒過的火藥灰燼，只會在皮膚留下煙燻殘跡，不會造成瓣狀火焰燒灼痕。為釐清此爭議，本研究特以具有防火帽之步槍在豬皮上測試極近距離射擊產生防火帽之槍傷型態，提供參考。

Except the entrance hole of bullet, there is flower-like pattern around the entrance when shooting by rifle equipped with flash suppressor in a near contact distance on skin. The distinct, seared and soot pattern is produced by the heat and gas emerged from slits of flash suppressor. In a suspect rifle shooting case, however, an expert of firearms testified that there was only flower-like soot pattern and no burn pattern left if shooting by rifle equipped with flash suppressor. To clarify this improper testimony to influence the verdict in the future, this study demonstrated a test on pig skin by M4 rifle equipped with flash suppressor in a near contact distance.
