摘要


本文介紹台電汽渦輪發電機組轉子分析系統(VRRS),其研發目標在建立一套分析程序,並發展一個能結合現場遙傳振動數據,並診斷轉子振動原因之整合性分析軟體,能夠處理個別機組之特殊問題與現場需求(即客製化)。研發內容包括汽機轉子軸承基座系統之動態反應分析模擬;冷、熱機對心分析;軸承性能分析;軸頸支撐係數鑑別;各類影響係數討論(包括軸頸高程影響、部份弧進汽之影響、軸彎影響和質量不平衡影響);不平衡分佈鑑別與平衡對策;應用方向有效模態質量概念,處理末級柔性葉片影響;基座參數鑑別。爲驗證本系統之實用性,本文以電廠的500MW、550MW、980MW機組爲例,進行驗證。本系統所分析之結果與實測之振幅訊號比對,得到不錯的結果。本文所開發之汽機分析軟體VRRS,不但可提供學理研究及驗證外,亦可作爲現場平衡及對心作業之參考依據。更可以應用其技術內容,進一步發展相關系統參數鑑別及系統病徵診斷技術。

Virtual Rotor Reality System (VRRS) for Rotordynamic Analysis of Steam-Turbine Generators of Taiwan Power Co. is introduced in this paper. The development goal of this system is to establish analysis procedures and an integrated software that can receive the transferred field data directly and diagnose vibration problems of rotors, and can be customized to specific problems for each unit and special field requests. This system includes the modules for dynamic analysis of rotor-bearing-foundation systems; cold and hot sagline alignments; analysis of bearing characteristics; identification of the dynamic coefficients of journal supports; identification of foundation parameters; various influence coefficient matrices (bearing elevations, partial arc admission, shaft bow, and mass unbalance); unbalance identification and balancing plans; effective modal masses in kinematical directions; flexibility of the last-stage impeller blades. To validate the effectiveness of the analysis procedures and the VRRS system, the signals of 500MW, 550MW, and 980 MW units in the power plants are used. Satisfactory results are obtained based on the comparisons among the analysis results and the measured signals. VRRS is a useful tool not only for fundamental research, but also for field operations of balancing and sag-line alignment. It also provides a valuable base for the development of the technologies of parameter identification and fault diagnosis.
