光碟機系統之模態分析

Modal Analysis of the CD-ROM Drive System

摘要


為降低光碟機在高速迴轉下之振動,許多研究致力於減振技術之探討。一般常見的避振器大都使用橡膠阻尼居多,其原因乃橡膠阻尼的避振效果良好,成本低廉且安裝容易。本研究以上、下鋼板結合橡膠阻尼建構成模擬光碟機系統,並分析其振動之模態與頻率。文中以ANSYS有限元素軟體為主要工具,藉由模態分析獲得模擬光碟機系統之振動模態與相對應之頻率。此外,應用雷射都卜勒振動儀為實驗設備,量測模擬光碟機系統之共振頻率,進而與分析結果相互驗證。研究結果顯示,ANSYS模態分析之頻率響應值與雷射都卜勒振動儀所量測之共振頻率極為接近,兩者間之差異約在0.42%至4.08%之間。因此,本有限元素分析模型對相關系統之開發設計可提供實質的貢獻。

There are many vibration reduction techniques have been studied for reducing vibrations of CD-ROM drive under high speed of rotation. Due to good property of vibration absorption, low cost and easy installation, many rubber dampers are being used as the absorbers. In this paper, the frequency response of simulated CD-ROM drive system created by consisting upper and lower steel plates and rubber damper is studied. ANSYS is used as the main tool to carry out the model analysis of simulated CD-ROM drive system in order to find the mode shapes and the corresponding frequencies. In addition, Laser Doppler Vibrometer is used as the experimental instrument to measure the resonance frequency of simulated CD-ROM drive system. The measured results are then verified with the analyzed results from modal analysis. It shows that the frequency response obtained from modal analysis by using ANSYS are very close to the measured results from vibrometer, and the variation is in the small range of 0.42% to 4.08%. Therefore, the finite element analysis model can provide real contribution to the development and design of simulated CD-ROM drive system.
