輪胎滾動阻力與模態之模擬分析

摘要


近年來輪胎燃油經濟效率越來越受到重視,本文希望利用有限元素軟體ANSYS,以輪胎的材料特性為出發點,探討輪胎滾動阻力發生原因,並以此為基礎建立一套完整的輪胎變型與損耗能量的關係,且利用對205/55R16型輪胎進行的滾動阻力模擬分析,評估模擬方式的合理性,由此希望透過建立輪胎之有限元素分析流程來了解輪胎之力學特性。為了使輪胎模型符合真實輪胎狀況,所以本文亦將模擬光頭輪胎與複雜花紋輪胎之自然模態頻率,並將模擬結果與財團法人車輛研究測試中心所做的模態試驗做比對,並針對簾布層、鋼絲環帶層、尼龍束帶層等參數的簡化與假設來觀察其對模態頻率的影響,來探討模擬值與實驗值的誤差原因及修正其參數,且改善模型的建構來降低誤差,以期可降低輪胎研發之時間與成本,並進一步用來取代傳統之試誤法。

The fuel economy of tires attracts more attention in recent years. This paper uses finite element software for the simulation of tire rolling resistance. From the material properties of the tire, this paper probed the mechanism of rolling resistance, on this basis rolling resistance a tire deformation-energy analysis procedure was established. Furthermore, based on the analysis and test results of a 205/55R16 tire rolling resistance, the validity of the simulation method has been verified.In order to confirm further the tire model can conform to the real tire, this paper also analyze natural frequencies and mode shapes of both inflated slick tires and treaded tires. The analysis results were compared with modal testing results conducted by ARTC. Also through simplification and assumptions of the tire parameters, such as belts, the influence of these parameters on the natural frequencies can be observed. This can be used for the fine tuning the finite element model. This modeling procedure is expecting to reduce the time and cost of the tire research and development process, and can replace the traditional trial and error method for the tire design.
