Using Multi-Scale Entropy for Diagnosis the Motion Features of a Hollow Ball Screw with Oil Cooling

摘要


本研究目的在於分析滾珠導螺桿於油冷條件下判斷其健康狀況與定位精度。先藉由熱影像儀觀察螺桿溫升分佈與趨勢,再運用馬達扭矩的電流訊號,藉由希爾伯特轉換法、經驗模態分解(EMD)與多尺度熵值(MSE)的分析判斷,了解在建立與關閉油冷系統情況之下,正常螺帽預壓條件下之滾珠導螺桿特性,比對光學尺迴授訊號特徵與命令位置求出定位誤差,獲取更高的定位精度的操作參數。

This study aims to analyze the motion feature of a hollow ball screw with oil cooling system. First we observed the screw temperature rise distribution and the trends by thermo experimentation. Second, the driving current signals were analyzed through the Hilbert- Huang Transform (HHT) and the Multiscale Entropy (MSE). Some ball screws characteristics with the aid of oil cooling system were acquisitioned and diagnosed. Finally, the position accuracy was compared through the linear scale feedback signals with the consideration of the oil cooling system. Some operation parameters for stage motion are acquired for bettering positioning.
