特製共鳴式消音器之消音性能研究

Design and Performance Analysis of the Resonance Muffler

摘要


本研究改良舊式荷姆霍茲吸音器(Helmholtzresonators),藉由轉動的設計理念創造出可自由調控開孔數目及開孔面積之新型的特製共鳴式消音器。探討在不同開孔數的條件下,消音器之共振頻率與最佳消音效果之頻率的關係。了解影響共振頻率的因素及利用MATLAB模擬計算共振頻率,並由此特製消音器之特性,分析比較實驗值與理論值之差異。結果發現實驗值與理論可相互驗證,顯示其共振頻率處之吸音效果良好,確認此特製共鳴式消音器之應用可以不需外加吸音材料即可增加對某一特殊頻率吸音之需求。

In this paper,we improved the antiquated Helmholtz Resonators. By the design concept of spin, we created a new resonator that could freely change the hole-numbers and the hole-area. Under the different condition of holenumbers and the hole-area, we conferred the relationship between the Resonance frequency and the largest reduced value of the frequency which the resonator could made. Then, we realized the element which could mainly affected Resonance frequency, and we use the computer program (MATLAB) to simulate the Resonance frequency. Consequently, the experiment and the calculation comparison were verified. The results showed that the resonators can be used to improve the special frequencies absorption instead of the general absorption materials.
