含磁變彈性體三明治方板之動態穩定特性分析

摘要


本文主要在於推導並建立三明治方板系統的動態穩定分析模型的建立。採用分析力學的方式來推導系統的運動方程式並利用有限元素法來分析系統的動態穩定特性與穩定區之變化。在本文中討論了含磁變彈性體之三明治方板系統的動態穩定特性,其中所使用的磁變彈性體材料特性則利用複數的形式來加以描述。文中討論磁變彈性體的特性、施加的磁場強度與磁變彈性體與拘束層厚度變化對於三明治方板系統動態特性的影響。而系統的穩定區會隨著施加磁場強度的改變而產生變化。因此,在此三明治方板上貼覆此類主動式智能材料阻尼層除了可使系統更加的穩定外,也可達到主動控制的效果。

Dynamic stability analysis of sandwich plate with the magnetorheological (MR) elastomer core layer is studied in this paper. The rectangular plate is covered an MR elastomer core layer and constraining layer to improve the stability characteristics of the sandwich system. In this study, the effects of the natural frequencies, static buckling loads and loss factors on the dynamic stability behavior of the sandwich plate are presented. The modal damper and the natural frequencies for the sandwich plate are calculated with various magnetic fields. When magnetic field is applied, the damping of the system is more effective and controllable. Besides, the finite element method and the harmonic balance method are used to calculate the instability regions of the sandwich system.
