Model Updating of Lateral Stiffness of Machine Tool Sliders

摘要


本研究主要內容為辨識工具機子結構間的剛性。該方法首先求得子結構之物理參數(如質量慣性矩),再藉由模態測試找出工具機子結構間的剛體模態及其自然頻率後,將自然頻率與物理參數代入剛體模態的運動方程式可得欲辨識子結構間的剛性。首先在第一個應用中,滑塊與滑軌系統經由模態測試找出其平移、旋轉剛體模態後辨識出滑軌滑塊間的剛性。本方法先應用於辨識實驗臺上的滑塊剛性,然後更進一步地使用該方法辨識工具機子結構間的滑塊剛性。

Slider lateral stiffness and damping coefficient between the machine tool subassemblies are identified in this work. First, the physical parameters (such as moment of inertia of mass) are obtained from the system. Next, the rigid body modes of the machine tool subassemblies and its natural frequencies are found by experimental modal analysis. Finally, the stiffness between cast parts in a subassembly can be identified by substituting the natural frequencies and physical parameters into the corresponding equation of motion. The method developed in this work are applied to an experimental rig and to identify the stiffness of interfaces between moving parts of a machine tool.
