保全公司報價制度改良之研究

摘要

當前保全行業服務報價的方式是將服務的利潤含在報價內，在過去市場尚未激烈競爭的時候，公司的利潤也還可以，因此也並沒有太大的問題，但近年來由於勞基法的多次修正，員工薪資已經有嚴格的規範及法律的保障，且保全的家數也越來越多，很多剛進入市場的公司為了求生存紛紛將報價往下拉，就是因為這樣，公司給保全的人員薪資也會往下拉來減低營運成本的負擔。固定收管理費利潤之報價方式，人力薪資及福利均能忠實的反應，如此只要專注於服務即可，對於管委會而言，決策也相形簡單，這是本研究著重的論點。

At present, the way to maintain the service quotation of the industry is to include the profit of the service in the quotation. In the past, when the market has not been fiercely competitive, the company's profit is also okay, so there is not much problem. Many amendments have been made to ensure that employees' salaries are strictly regulated and legally guaranteed, and that more and more families have been preserved. Many companies that have just entered the market have pulled down their quotations in order to survive. Staff salaries will also be pulled down to reduce the burden of operating costs. The quotation method of fixed collection of management fee profit, human salary and benefits can respond faithfully, so as long as focus on service, for the management committee, the decision-making is also simple, which is the main point of this study.
