自二十一世紀開始,進入資訊科技發達的時代,人們利用自己的智慧,使生活便利,他們使用網際網路的比率越來越高。網際空間社群種類越來越多元,功能也越來越多。網路帶給人們更多的自由及便利;然而,人們因為它的便利性、自由性與自己的私欲或不瞭解網路素養,不遵守倫理。有時候,不遵守網路研究倫理、侵犯他(她)人的網路隱私、傳遞不實言論、網路霸凌,影響網際空間之社群互動,設計網路公民課程有它的必要性。本文藉「文獻蒐集」的方法探討網際空間倫理的問題,並反思網路公民課程之推動。研究者陳述本文之研究背景與問題意識;其次,探討網際空間的概念與相關社群與網際空間倫理之問題;再者,反思網際空間倫理觀對公民課程推動之啟示。
With the arrival of the 21st century, the world has stepped into the Era of Information Technology. Human beings through their intellects and wisdoms developed advanced technologies for betterment of life. There are more and more people who use cyberspace in order to let their life become more convenience. However, people in cyberspace may violate ethics its convenience, freedom and be short of internet literacy. Sometimes, people couldn't obey research ethics, and they may violate privacy in cyberspace and cheat others. Therefore, it is necessary to construct internet civic curriculum. In this article, the author has discussed the civic curriculum of internet ethics by means of literacy.
