The purpose of this paper is to explore how interactions between Taiwan's and Mainland China's college students change after they participated in Service-Learning activities. This paper aims at students who joined 2018 Hoping Download, a Service-Learning activity in rural education hosted by National Taiwan Normal University, in Taiwan; one of its groups, 19 participants, was chosen as purposive sampling. Based on the theory of social network, this paper discusses mutual relations between college students across the strait, and analyzes their reciprocal before and after the activities. This study concludes that students on both sides share more intense exchanges toward the end of this Service-Learning activity; both the interaction between the network diagram and the indicators of social network show significant differences. It is hoped that results of this study can provide helpful references for student affair researchers, administration of high and rural education, and educational authorities when they conduct or supervise Service-Learning activities and/or cross-strait exchanges.
