大專校院學生對學生權利之認知調查研究

An Empirical Study of the Students' Cognitions of Constitutional and Legal Protections of Student Rights on College Campus

摘要

本研究旨在探討大專校院學生對學生權利狀況之認知，爰參照《憲法》與相關法規，就八大項度進行調查，以教育部2017年委辦「公私立大專校院校園學生權利調查」之學生問卷資料（共922份樣本）為基礎，分析學生認知有關其權利保障的現況。研究發現學生認為八大項度中各學生權利問卷指標所對應法律保障的落實情況，均有需檢討之處，且不同區域、學校類型在不同指標上均有差異；為提供學生多元開放與重視學生權利之友善校園，建議教育主關機關應督導各校應針對指標不完善之處進行檢討。

With investigations upon the eight major items in accordance with the constitutional and legal protections, this study aims to explore the cognitions of students' rights on college campus. Based on the student questionnaire (922 samples) of the Ministry of Education's 2017 ＂College Campus Student Rights Survey,＂ this study analyzes the cognition of the status of student rights protections. In sum, this paper found that students believe that the implementation of the legal guarantees for each student's rights questionnaire in the eight major programs needs to be reviewed. And the results from different regions and from school types have procured different indicators. It is recommended that education authorities supervise each college campus to review the imperfections of the indicators.
