以CIPP模式建構「大學學生社團評鑑指標」之研究

A Study on the Construction of Evaluation Indicators of University Student Clubs: Using CIPP Model

摘要


本研究旨透過CIPP評鑑模式以建構大學學生社團評鑑指標,同時瞭解我國大學社團之合適背景、輸入、過程及成果評鑑及專家認為四類指標之配分為何。本研究經由專家意見修正後編製出大學學生社團評鑑指標德懷術問卷,借重德懷術專家小組成員對評量指標及配分提供意見,經過二回合德懷術問卷調查後,與專家小組成員一致性的共識,完成「大學學生社團評鑑指標」,包括4個評鑑類型及配分、共36項評鑑指標。分別為背景評鑑占15%,包括4項評量指標;輸入評鑑占25%,包括9項評鑑指標;過程評鑑占35%,包括19項評量指標;成果評鑑占25%,包括4項評鑑指標。最後本研究針對社團大學生及社團輔導人員提出具體建議。

This study aims to construct a pattern of evaluation indicators for university student clubs by adopting CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process and Product). Further, this paper attempts to explain how experts' opinion toward the score distribution of 4 indicator types is formulated. There are also club evaluation undertakers' opinions of the evaluation indicators, the score distribution, the assessment methods and the suited evaluation indicators for each type of clubs. In order to obtain research results, both qualitative and quantitative methods were utilized. First, this study analyzes the current situation of the implementation of university club evaluation in Taiwan, and the relevant theories and practices of university club evaluation at domestic and foreign institutions. Second, based on the CIPP evaluation model and experts' opinions, the Delphi technique questionnaire was developed by the researcher. The model generalized 4 indicator types and 36 evaluation indicators, including context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and the product evaluation. Based upon the finding, the study provided recommendations to university students, club counseling and the assistance staff.
