臺北市國中兼任學務行政工作教師情緒勞務與組織承諾之關係研究

A Study on the Relationship Between Emotional Labor and Organizational Commitment of Junior High School Teachers With Student Affairs Administrative Positions in Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市國中兼任學務行政工作教師情緒勞務與組織承諾之關係,並編製「國中教師情緒勞務與組織承諾問卷」為研究工具進行量化檢測。本研究以108學年度292名臺北市國中兼任學務行政主管之教師作為研究對象,共蒐集有效問卷111份,並運用描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸等統計分析方法進行分析。由研究結果得知兼任學務行政主管之教師之情緒勞務與其組織承諾具有顯著相關存在;另教師之年齡、表層的情緒控制、深層的情緒偽裝為解釋組織承諾的重要顯著變項,此迴歸模型對組織承諾的解釋力介於31.3%至39.7%間。最後提出建議,提供學校行政單位、兼任學務行政教師參考。

This study aims to investigate the correlation between emotional labor and organizational commitment of junior high school teachers with student affairs administrative positions in Taipei City. A questionnaire of junior high school teacher's emotional labor and organizational commitment was used in this quantitate research. A total of 111 samples were collected from 292 junior high school teachers, based on the list of the 2019 academic year. The data were analyzed by statistical methods including descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: there were significantly positive correlations among emotional labor and organizational commitment; teachers' age, superficial emotional control, and deep emotional camouflage were significant variables on organizational commitment. Moreover, the regression model could explain organizational commitment from 31.3% to 39.7%. In the final section, the authors propose suggestions as reference for school administrations and teachers with student affairs administrative positions.
