本研究採橫斷式調查研究設計,以立意取樣選取北部某科技大學111學年度108課綱入學新生共436人為研究對象,選擇「自我概念量表」及「校園經驗量表」評量工具,探討108課綱大學新生定向輔導介入之成效。研究結果顯示:一、新生入學時於校園支持環境、學術投入及學校認同等校園經驗面向,有較高的投入同意期待;二、新生定向輔導介入可以提升新生校園經驗之學術投入、人際投入及學校認同等面向達顯著差異,表示介入後新生於課業學習及人際關係投入增加,並增加學校認同感。本研究結果可提供各校推動108課綱入學新生定向輔導及教學策略之參考。
The aim of this cross-section study is to explore how orientation programs affect freshmen students' campus experiences in 108 curriculum guidelines. The purposive sampling consists of 436 freshmen from a university of science and technology in northern Taiwan. In this study, a questionnaire on self-concept and freshmen students' experiences was used. The results were as followed: A. Freshmen students with the 108 curriculum guidelines had higher expectations on campus supporting environment, academic involvement, and school identification. B. The orientation programs intervention could profoundly increase academic involvement, social involvement, and school identity. The results of the study provide suggestions for the improvement of the future implementation of freshman orientations and teaching strategies for higher education.
