休閒遊艇消費者行爲與服務品質滿意度研究－以淡水地區爲例

摘要

台灣爲四面環海之島國，在海洋資源方面的潛力無限，然而在資源利用上研究多半以海洋生物、物理、生態等方面相關者爲主，對於海域之休閒活動相關研究寥寥可數，相較於陸上活動研究更是遙不可及，爲順應海域遊憩活動如雨後春筍般陸續出現，政府推動各項水域計畫及相關管理辦法需符合現況及消費者需求。故本研究依據消費者對休閒遊艇在服務品質及設施環境等相關滿意度資料，分析研擬客觀、可行性研究提供作爲政府管理、監督及輔導業者永續經營之有效措施。

Taiwan is the island surrounded by the sea on the four sides, the potentiality in marine resources is limitless. However, the study relay mainly on the marine organism, physic, ecology about the utilization of the resource, it is few study about the recreation on the marine, even fewer than the study of the land recreation. In order to adjust the appearance of the enormouty marine recreation, the government promote a series of plans in the water areas and the relevant management methods to fit in with the present condition and request of consumers, So the text in accordance with the related material about the consumers satisfied with the service qualities on recreation yacht and the conditions of facilities to analyze objectively and practicably reaches to provide government as effective measures of managing, supervising and guiding the businessmen to run it.
