摘要

臺灣四面環海，擁有優良之海洋生態環境，近年在海岸線解禁與政府推廣下，休閒水肺潛水的人口持續成長。本篇文章主要目的爲討論從事水肺潛水時應該注意的安全知識，冀望藉由整理國內外相關安全管理資訊，提供欲從事水肺潛水運動之國人潛水前中後之安全須知，並了解合格潛水教練證照的種類與培訓組織。本文最後統整出水肺潛水愛好者，在安全知識方面應1.體認了解水肺潛水的風險以及意外發生可能因素、2.清楚從事該項運動應該具備有之基本水中能力與健康狀況、3具備潛水裝備功能、挑選與使用的基本知識。

Taiwan's Coastline Safety Agreement just newly amended. Water sport would become main issue of whether or not national security bargaining in Taiwan success and how far it can go. The aim of this research has three aspects. One is through the study in Taiwan to examine and evaluate the risk of the content and process of scuba diving. Another is to explore the eligibility of a qualified diver in practices under water. The third is to discover the safety code and actual experiences for the eligibility and requirement of scuba divers in Taiwan. The main argument of the study is that scuba diving is the first step towards the establishment of coastline safety agreement, but this is the step influenced and impacted by international diver training organization.
