室內游泳池服務品質與顧客滿意度之相關性研究-以傳盈溫水活水養生休閒館為例

摘要


本研究主要目的為探討傳盈溫水活水養生休閒館泳客和服務品質與顧客滿意度之間是否有顯著差異性。本研究以傳盈溫水活水養生休閒館現場泳客為研究對象,共發出400份問卷,回收之有效問卷數為389份,有效回收率為97.3%。問卷相關文獻部分主要是參考陳瑞辰(2008)「游泳池服務品質、顧客滿意度與再購意願之研究-以台北縣三重市地區游泳池為例」之研究的問卷內容架構。根據調查所蒐集之資料,經描述性統計、信度分析、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森(Pearson)積差相關分析等統計方法。研究結果發現:一、不同人口統計變項的泳客對於傳盈溫水活水養生休閒館之服務品質部分具有顯著差異性。二、不同人口統計變項的泳客對於傳盈溫水活水養生休閒館之顧客滿意度部分具有顯著差異性。三、傳盈溫水活水養生休閒館的服務品質與顧客滿意度之間具有顯著相關性。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the mass surplus warm running water recreation hall health service quality and customer satisfaction swimmers and whether there is a significant difference.The warm running water to transfer profit health leisure swimmers for the study hall site, a total of 400 questionnaires were sent, number of the valid questionnaires, 389 were, the response rate was 97.3%. Based on the collected information, the Descriptive statistics, Reliability analysis, Independent sample t test, Single factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed: 1. Demographic variables of different swimmers warm running water for mass profit health service quality recreation hall with significant differences in some. 2. Demographic variables of different swimmers warm running water for the mass surplus of the customer satisfaction part of the health leisure Museum has a significant difference. 3. Chuan Ying warm running water recreation hall health service quality and customer satisfaction has a significant correlation.
